How do I get ready for the appointment?
To expedite your appointment, we ask that all clients be ready with clothes and shoes selected that likely pertain to the occasion.
Can I request a specific stylist?
We do our best to accommodate client requests for individual stylists. We implement rigorous screening and training, and guarantee excellence and consistency from every stylist.
Can I book directly with a stylist?
We do not permit our stylists to solicit Enhance Your Style clients independently. It is company policy to terminate membership for clients who attempt to secure the services of our stylists outside Enhance Your Style.
I need to cancel my appointment. What is your refund policy?
We offer a full refund for cancellations up to 24 hours prior to the appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will not receive a refund.
